Bästa personalen och läget men vill du få en god natts sömn välj annat hotell

Supertrevlig personal och riktigt bra läge.

Extremt små rum. Mycket lyhört. Råttor i väggar och tak som höll en vaken. Det diskades och tvättades sent in på natten vilket hördes riktigt högt in till rummet. Omöjligt att få en god natts sömn.

Great staff, location and price

Hotel’s location for exploring the Fort area and the sights of Mumbai. Staff were excellent spending time to explain directions and pointing out nearby places to eat and booking taxi to airport. Room was small but adequate for our stay And good value for price especially considering location in Fort area.

Centrally located hotel with helpful staff!

Great hotel and everything expected from a hotel. The location is great and walking distance to most things and close enough to the main station.

The street it's located on is a side street but can't complain as there are shops of all kinds around the corner.

Great for first time visitors!

We arrived in Mumbai and this was the first hotel of our holiday. The owner would help us with various questions, such as what should we do, where can we eat and where can I buy a replacement phone case. When we had an issue with our bank cards, the owner was very helpful as well. At the end of our holiday we returned to this hotel and had the same experience. We stayed with three people in one room, the room was big enough to do this. AC worked!!

There was some mould in the bathroom, however we haven't been to a hotel in India that did not have this.

Extremely overpriced for the facility but if you’re a marathon runner it’s a good option. Still very overpriced

Proximity to Azad maiden which was the starting point of mumbai marathon

Mattress was horribly uneven and had a big dent on one side.

good stay

great location and very accommodating staff. room was small but comfortable, we had everything we needed and everything worked well. very friendly and flexible staff, always available for any need and with a great attitude.

the room had a lot of humidity, luckily it was also well ventilated. a bit pricy but I believe that’s just Mumbai these days.

Silent, great service, kind and very helpful owner. He would explain what you should pay for things so you don't pay too much. He also will provide you with information on sightseeing and food recommendations

La ubicación. Está cerca del centro en una calle sin coches por lo que por la noche no había ruido.

No había agua caliente, las camas eran un poco incómodas y las toallas estaban destrozadas. La habitación era un poco pequeña y no había sitio para dejar el equipaje

Great location but not the most comfortable room.

The location is excellent (right next to Flora Fountain) but the access from the main road is an issue because there's construction work going on.

The bedding was stained and there was not even a bottle of water in the room. Overall the room was a bit run down. Staff is friendly.

Lage Top, der Rest Flop

Die Lage ist gut, das war es aber auch schon.

Total verdreckte Fenster, dreckige Handtücher, dreckiges Bettzeug, dreckige Bezüge. Der Preis ist absolut ungerechtfertigt!

Rapport Qualité prix correct pour la ville de Mumbai

La localisation de l’hotel est super, beaucoup de restaurants,street food et bars à coté

La chambre et equipements assez vieux mais reste dans la norme dans ce pays… Cela reste bon qualité prix par rapport a la ville de Mumbai. Plutôt pour 2-4 jours que pour la semaine mais reste convenable

Ottimo hotel in una posizione fantastica

L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica, vicino al monumento Fontaine . A poche centinaia di metri dal mare e dalla grande Stazione Vittoria. Il ragazzo della reception è stato gentilissimo, e mi ha aiutato a prenotare il treno, inviandomi la prenotazione sul mio cellulare.

Nella stanza non c'era l'acqua calda, ma il personale ha provveduto rapidamente a cambiarmi stanza, anche se il cambio non è stato vantaggioso in quanto si affacciava su un interno veramente decadente, con grandi ventilatori rumorosi

Hotel bien situé dans une rue au calme, à proximité des points d'intérêt de Mumbai, de supers restaurants (10min à pied) et à 15-20min à pied de la gare centrale. Le personnel est sympathique et la chambre était propre.

Odeur d'humidité très forte et dérangeante dans la chambre, du moins en période de mousson. Salle de bain très petite. Nous étions deux dans une chambre pour 3, un peu petite à pleine capacité.

We were three friends visiting mumbai - two boys, one girl - all adults, and had booked a triple occupancy room with three single beds. When we reached the location, we were denied the room - because we didnt have the same gender. This is the most illogical and stupidest thing i have ever heard - and it wasnt even mentioned in the property details. Worst experience.

Poor experience and expensive for a basic room

Nothing...advertised as a deluxe hotel - but that is not true.

A basic room with TV. No drinking water, no tea/coffee facility, no hangers in cupboard or storage for clothes, no iron, no hairdryer in room or on premises, no table or chair to work from, bed sheets not changed, pillows a little mouldy, it certainly is not a hotel with minimum facility that is required to make a stay comfortable.

Good location, friendly staff, decent room and equipment (good for Indian budget hotel)

It’s a little run down, but it’s on par with other hotels I’ve been to in India. Just compared to any hotels in Europe it’s not particularly great.

Probably the best place to stay in downtown Mumbai for backpacker couples.

Good location in Mumbai, walking distance to many attractions. Quite nice and clean, though the bedsheets had some stains. Bottled water for sale at the reception. 24/7 reception, we were able to check in and out very early in the morning. Our expectations were met 100%.

Room was small, not much space to leave luggage. We found a bug in the room, but not much trouble.

Location and wifi is awesome other things can be improved

Wifi was high speed.

No towel in room, very poor quality bathing soap, no hot water in shower, hitel doesn't carry toiletries for guest like inexpensive travel paste and brush oe a small comb.
