Room size is good, ventilation, TV, and AC are very good.
At first instance they rejected to provide room saying they didn't receive communication from Booking. Com. Then asked me to cancel the booking, which i rejected and asked him to cancel, so tgat i will check other property. After 30 min struggle only room provided. No service boy available. Minimum necessities not attended. One unhygienic towel only provided. Nit recommended especially for families. Bathroom is very small.

The location is exceptionally close to JNTU K University.
Washed up but clean linen, old ac but working like a new one, doesn't have the flat tv as mentioned in amenities, leaking taps and old fittings. So it's like the whole setup is functioning ok but it isn't new or luxurious.
Whoever the cleaning/maintaining staff is kudos to them for making this old horse shine like a new one.
It's a cheap hotel, do not expect anything better. It just does the job worthy of what we are paying for it.
