Les pongo un 200 de calificación, nos toco presenciar un temblor de escala 5.8 por la madrugada y el edificio en pie como si nada, sobrevivimos. Me encantó el trato del personal, si no te entienden, hace lo posible por entender, la habitación es pequeña pero obviamente al igual que el pago :), el desayuno incluido esta bueno, sencillo pero saca del apuro, me ayudaron a enviar mis maletas al otro hotel, el barrio muy tranquilo y comidas cerca y todo perfecto.
habia solo dos lavadoras, pero todo ok, usables con fila, y habia solo dos elevadores que siempre llevaban gente, por decir algo, pero muy llevadero la verdad, buen servicio.

The location is great: close to the station where all the important metro and JR lines are available.
It’s clean and they do the room service everyday
They only have 2 laundry machines for THE WHOLE HOTEL, and if the machine stays stuck, they do nothing. i had to wake up at 6am to be able to launch the washing machine.
The girl on the reception doesn’t speak English, and is not willing to help.
The room is small.

Amazing location, close to all sorts of public transportation (Metro, Keisei Skyliner, JR lines, buses) and commerce. Staff were great and the check in and out process ran smooth. Rooms are small, but cozy and clean, and the beds comfortable. The water bottles provided in the room were life savers.
Tiny bathroom, and slow elevator.
