Location
Room was very small
Breakfast was appalling and as I had paid for 4 nights I got the staff to reimburse me for the 3 breakfast I was not going to have

Good location, unique and more local feel staying in the Ueno area. So many restaurants and shops, good souvenir shopping. We took the Keisei Skyliner to Narita at the end of our trip and being so close was a lifesaver.
The interior looks a bit tired but our stay was great value for money.
