Location was in a good spot to enjoy everything that Tokyo has to offer. Even a general open bath for each gender. The men’s have an outdoor section
Elevator can be slow due to having two in service. It does get crowded during check-out time. Or when everyone is returning to the hotel. So plan in advance

Great location, a short walk from the Keisei Ueno station, so taking the Skyliner to and from Narita airport is a breeze
The rooms quite tiny

The staff was excellent. Very attentive. The room was clean and the location was very convenient. I don’t think we walked for then 10 minutes for most of our train stations.
It was great for us. It’s definitely in a busier area if you aren’t looking for that sort of stay.
