スタッフがとても親切だった
全て完璧でしたが、非常に残念なのが、ベッドが柔らかすぎて腰が痛く眠れなかった。好きなホテルなのでとても残念です。

各フロアにあるウォーターサーバーに感動しました。欲しい時に、すぐお湯が出るって、
時間の無い朝には感動ものでした！！
あと、フロントにあるアメニティの中の、フットケアのパック。疲れ果てた足に、、かなりの気持ちよさ。ここに気づくのは、女性スタッフの気配りなんでしょうか？？感服です
大浴場のシャンプー類、いいですね！女性的には大満足でした！！

I LOVED THIS HOTEL! Compact building, yet you can get lost in it as well with the many floors 😂 Rooftop hot onsen was a big surprise, and the staff were so kind! Will be going here again, it is next to the Ueno metro station that will take you anywhere in Tokyo that you need to go.
The humidity in the common areas was a little bit of a struggle, but I understand in Japan, everyone uses air conditioning so the electric bill would be so high to air condition the whole building as well as each individual room.

One month old hotel in a good position and brand new. Sushi Zanmai at a few steps or many other places with good scores on Tabelog on the other side of the road, the market is nearby too. Quiet even if the position would suggest otherwise. Nice staff that always try to help.
