Not really the owners fault but the wooden floorboards above are really loud especially when the child are running across it

We loved the location and easy street parking opposite. The flat is very spacious and light considering it’s a basement flat. Great value for money and an ideal base for exploring Brighton. Excellent communication from Charlie and easy check in.
The beds could do with new mattresses.

Well,we liked the location and the smart Tv and the kitchen staff they provided
We didn’t like the beds,it was so uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep calmly,the dining chairs was so dirty We didn’t like to sit on it ,and most of the part of the walls was broken plasters,and the garden looked so dirty ,that we didn’t want to look at it
