It was tucked away and nice standard I met the lady who seemed to be managing the place and she was super friendly and helpful
It was fine nothing to take away from the convenience cost and availability

Location is perfect for enjoying the beach and the city centre. Royal Pavilion is a short walk away. Plenty of places to eat and convenience stores nearby.
I spend two nights while on a bicycle trip along the coast.
I had booked one of the smaller rooms but was generously ’upgraded’ to the larger top floor with a kitchen. The owner was very helpful with storing my bicycle and early arrival.
The shared bathroom needed some repairs on the tile work.
I was really happy being able to stay in the room with the large kitchen and was really looking forward to cooking a proper meal after cycling for weeks.
However: the kitchen only has the bare minimum of utensils. Even my salad plan failed because there no bowl to make it in.
But more disappointing: there is no table to eat on. There is only the couch. So even when you decide to have a microwave diner with your special one, you end up in front of the tv.
