Excellent property with a really helpful host. Clear check-in instructions and a great location for exploring Brighton on foot. The flat was beautifully maintained, well equipped and full of thoughtful touches, including complimentary prosecco on arrival. Great shower and a sofa which turns into a sofa bed. There is some expected traffic noise, but otherwise the area was lovely and quiet. Having been to Brighton a few times there is a difference between the places you can stay for a couple nights (and put up with), and those you feel more at home in, this was definitely the second. You can really tell that care has gone into thinking about what guests would appreciate. A wonderful stay and would happily return!

The location was excellent. Central for everything. Lovely and clean, with great decor and facilities. Lovely touches like leaving a bottle of wine. It was spacious. Tasteful. Warm and very easy.
