Staff very friendly. Evening meal was very good. Location is quiet, and easy to access the major road network.
Rooms were very clean, but very small. The exterior is not the most attractive- looks like an old fashioned motel. Certainly one of those places you don’t judge a book by its cover.
Breakfast was very limited, not much choice in terms of cereals/fruit, and apart from toast only cooked food offered was eggs.

Very friendly and exceptionally nice staff. Everything that could be done was done promptly! Thank you for that; it wasn't something to be taken for granted and more than one would expect at that price. The breakfast is adequate for the low price, and ample parking is free. We'll see you again at our next stopover.

Good quiet location, friendly staff, adequate breakfast, clean, safe, secure parking with cctv
Rooms not well insulated so we were woken by noise from neighboring rooms, no air conditioning although fan provided
