Stay on the beautiful Promenade located in "Old Town" Bluffton. This amazing 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse is high style meets low country living. Every room has been thoughtfully decorated with your enjoyment and comfort in mind. The Villa has a convenient private street entrance where you will find a staircase leading to the second level. There is plenty of space with the galley-style kitchen furnished with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The bright open living-dining area overlooks Calhoun Street and is perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a busy day of exploring. One of the two Master Suites with a king bed and en suite bath, with warm and calming tones, is also located on the second level.
The third level opens to an area with an oversized twin trundle bed that offers additional sleeping options along with the second Master Suite with queen bed and pass-thru bathroom. You will also find a laundry room with a washer and dryer-a wonderful perk when traveling!
If you like outdoor living spaces, this is the Villa for you! Step out onto one of the three balconies offering fantastic views and fun! During season, Calhoun's Restaurant, located next door, plays live music on their patio.... so enjoy a glass of wine, the stars, and dance the night away from your private oasis. (They stop playing at 10 pm so no need to worry about getting a good night's sleep!)
Drenched with History and charm, Old Town Bluffton has art galleries, a farmers market, locally owned shops and restaurants to please all palates. Fantastic location, property was super clean, photos represented it well and it was extremely quiet…you would never know it was located on a street with shops, restaurants and live music going on. Having 3 outdoor patios options was awesome. Shops and restaurants were walkable. Recommend and would stay here again!

We enjoyed our girls weekend at this lovey property conveniently situated right in the heart of old bluffton. The elevator was a lifesaver to haul heavy bags and luggage up and down the three flights of stairs. The kitchen was well appointed and we loved hanging in the sun on the various decks. There are many great restaurants and shops nearby and we took full advantage! The two bedrooms with en suite baths were comfortable and well appointed. The mattress on the trundle bed was horribly uncomfortable… felt like laying on a rack of springs. Would definitely recommend replacing. The pocket door between the second floor bedroom and bathroom needs some attention. It sits securely in the track at the top of the frame but just hangs loosely on the bottom, making it very difficult to slide open and closed. It’s clear others have struggled with this as well. The live music next door was enjoyable during day hours and, as promised, closed down promptly at 10 pm. However other noises (from the street, adjacent apartments, etc) were evident all throughout the night. Best we could deduce is that the walls are thin and lack proper sound insulation. Street parking was a challenge but one we were prepared to deal with.Overall it was a lovely weekend and we made great memories in Bluffton!

Amazing location. Lots of space and comfortable. Walk to everything. Located right above the Calhoun Street Tavern. We found the live entertainment fun and it ended 9PM, so noise wasn’t an issue for us, because we have adult children. Communication excellent. Thank you for an awesome stay!
