Golden World Suite Hotel

The hotel looks nice, everything was clean, the staff were friendly, and there’s a beautiful mountain view from one side of the room. The elevator, washing machine, and fridge all work perfectly. Video calls on the hotel WiFi work well, but uploading around 1GB files either takes forever or fails altogether.

Water from the shower was leaking onto the bathroom floor, and the bedroom windows faced directly into the neighboring building, which is quite close. I stayed in April, so the pool and bar weren’t open yet. I didn’t get a chance to use the dishwasher or the spa downstairs. The spa comes at an extra charge.

Friendly staff as well as cleanliness of apartments

The hotel was right opposite a big school and as it wasn’t school holidays it was pretty noisy during the week especially if you wanted the windows open. Also the use of the swimming pool would have been nice at this time of year as it was still relatively hot but the pool had no water in it.

My stay at Golden World Suite Hotel was overall a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is very good, as it is close to consumer and grocery shopping, making it easy to access my daily needs. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a quiet area, which added a touch of comfort and tranquility to my stay. One of the positive aspects I would like to highlight is the availability of parking spaces, with a lot in front of the hotel and another behind it, making it easy for guests with their own cars to find a spot. The swimming pool was also a big attraction for my children, who enjoyed swimming and playing a lot. The check-in process was quick and smooth, taking very little time. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, which made me feel comfortable from the very first moment. I booked a room that included a living room, with a small balcony suitable for two adults and two children. The room featured a large double bed and two sofas that could be converted into beds, which was suitable for my family. The air conditioning was good, contributing to a comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the Wi-Fi service was excellent, with good speed that helped me stay connected. However, I do have some feedback. I believe the hotel needs some renovations and more attention to room cleanliness, as the room was not as clean as it should have been. Regarding the price, which was 98 euros for one night, I find it somewhat high compared to the specifications and services provided. Finally, I noticed that not all staff members spoke English, but this was not a major barrier to communication. Overall, my stay at Golden World Suite Hotel was a good experience, with some observations that could enhance the quality of service.

Although my stay was enjoyable overall, there were a few points that I didn’t like about the property. First, the cleanliness of the room needed improvement, as it was not as clean as I had expected. Second, I felt that some facilities were in need of renovation, which affected my experience. Lastly, there were some difficulties in communicating with certain staff members who did not speak English fluently, making it challenging to convey some information.

The room was the same as the pictures and the receptionist lady who has the day shift was pleasant and polite.

The night shift receptionist did not help with anything at all. As soon as he saw us arrive with children and luggage, he pretended not to see us and went inside. He could have given us a hand seeing that we arrived very late and needed a help with children and luggage. The rate I bought on Booking.com was doubled as soon as I completed the reservation?!
