Really love the design of this place. Beautiful open space and very modern. Tons of windows. Awesome locations as well. Right next to a lot of great cafes and restaurants. Also a very short walk to Parque Illeras. There is a laundry machine on the premise as well.
The payment system was down but I was able to pay in cash when I arrived. Other than that it was a very smooth process from checking in to checking out. I was a little nervous because there was no reviews on this site but it is 100% legit.

The building is brand new and situated right next to Provenza neighborhood with great restaurants and bars. The breakfast (included) at the restaurant beneath the building is great. The beds are comfortable, and while there was no air conditioning, it's plenty to cool to sleep at night and there are ample fans. the full-length window walls open up and make the apartment seem huge and makes the central area a great place to chill.
Because you'll likely be sleeping with the windows open, noise can be of some issue for lights sleepers turning in early. Generally though, it's quiet from 11 til 7 or 8 in the morning (though with the fans on a lot of the noise outside can be drowned out). The showers in one bathroom make the floor very wet and it doesn't dry well (just a weird bathroom design).
