Other Things to Note:

ACCESS - The penthouse is on the 4th floor and is stairway access only. There is no elevator in the building. If anyone in your party has mobility limitations, or you are traveling with heavy luggage, please factor this in before booking.



GUEST REGISTRATION - Colombian law requires all overnight guests to be registered. We will collect details for every guest before arrival.



NOISE MONITORING - A decibel monitor is installed in the apartment. It measures sound levels only. It does not record audio or video.



SECURITY - There is one exterior camera in the hallway, facing the exterior access area only. There are no cameras or recording devices anywhere inside the apartment. Guest privacy is fully respected. The building has 24/7 security and a camera-monitored entrance.
