This is my regular stay when visiting Sidoarjo. I know the staff will always be excellent and welcoming. We asked for an iron and received it straight away and they cannot do more to accommodate us. Rooms are comfortable and acts as a really nice place to rest.
Only wish they had some gluten free bread at breakfast or other gluten free foods

On my way to Bali I was stay one nite. And was good.
My way back I was stay again at the same hotel. And Was disappointed course all the pillow so smell all of them . Because was so late at nite, and I was tired. So I cover the pillow with my clothes.
And made my rest not fully rest. May be the house keeping of the hotel needs more control about it.
