The property was quite clean, although the kitchen is dated. The dishwasher is definitely quite dated and very loud. For a sleeping capacity of 8, there were 4 forks and just a few more spoons.
The master bed was as hard as a rock. We scavenged comforters, blankets, and quilts from other beds to create a softer surface to sleep on.

It was attractive, well-located on a quiet street, and met our needs very well. The kitchen was well-equipped, and if the weather had been nicer we would have enjoyed the deck.
We had difficulty logging onto the Wi-Fi, and it took almost 2 days for someone to get back to us with help. It would also have been nice to have more flexibility with check-in and check-out hours. We requested an earlier arrival twice — 6 weeks out and 1 week out — and were still not able to check in until 4. And with a 10 a.m. check out, that is quite a span to allow for the turnover. And please, someone, fix that squeaky bathroom door!

stained sofas, old appliances, insufficient cleaning and toiletries supplies (washer detergent, no washer softener, shampoo, body soap, etc.)
