Location was good with parking a real bonus, comfortable and host excellent, we had a small issue with the WiFi and they turned up within 10mins to sort out the problem
Could have been slightly better maintained but not major enough problems to bother the host. Parking space was a bit tight but I do have an SUV would be easier with a smaller car

The property is beautiful and all instructions are communicated very clearly. In a good location and so close to city centre. Everything was so clean and well laid. Netflix was a plus too. We all enjoyed the stay.
Nothing to dislike however I feel with the shower there should have been other products such as shower gel atleast if not shampoo/conditioner. I bought my own so I had no issues and there is a Tesco so close by so there’s no worries.

Location is perfect for exploring the city centre. Directions were very clear. The apartment itself is very spacious and very clean.

Location was great, and the free parking!
When we arrived, the first thing we smelt was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke within the living room. Even though it states that the property is meant to be non smoking. I do not understand how the cleaning didn’t see that as an issue. It seems as if no effort was made to eradicate the smell. We contacted the team that manage this property, the response was OPEN THE WINDOWS?! We had to go out and purchase cleaning products, and use them twice a day to get rid of the smell. It took two and a half days for the property to smell ok (which was most of our stay).
The cleanliness of the property was ok, but certain areas were done half heartedly. The bathroom was dusty, and the fridge shelves needed cleaning. Which again we had to clean ourselves. The handwash soap that was left, looked as if it had been obtained from a bargain basement store.
The WIFI did not work initially. The letting team did offer to come out and try to fix it. We managed to get it working, but the whole system (internet and WiFi) kept dropping out and would then need a compete reset.
