Beds, pillows, were great.
Security was excellent

As we are hoteliers, we were very disappointed with the ventilation as we couldn't open windows & it didn't state lack of ventilation on the website
We had fans that just blow air around the rooms & not help with the heat
Had to keep on at night to help sleep but, you were lucky if you got 2hrs due to the noise of the fans.
We have 2 boys that are nurodiverce & they also struggled to sleep.
The drainage was very poor as when having shower you would be standing in puddles of water.
The toilet seat was incorrect for the toilet
The carpets were stained & the rug just harboured dirt.
Under& behind the sofa had not been cleaned and vacuumed.
If you were heavenly pregnant or pre-menopause this would not be for you.
We were going to leave the same day we arrived but, we stuck it out, as we had paid alot of money
The stools were very uncomfortable as were not suitable for adults to sit on & my boys struggled to get comfortable also.
It is just a shame that the small things let it down

Within easy reach of the station and the city centre. Near a Tesco Express! Quiet at night.
Could have done with instructions for the hob in English! There were no windows to open which would have been nice and a grab bar in the shower would have been helpful.

Great location. Facilities excellent
I The weather was extremely hot while we were there, and it wasn't possible to cool the apartment down, although fans did help a bit.

Good location, comfy beds, nice bathroom, parking very good
Harsh acoustics, not enough soft material, cold floors could do with more carpets, stools at the breakfast bar very uncomfortable and not user friendly. Some areas very dusty, not enough toilet paper, no recycling facilities
