Nice house in a good location for York city centre.

Very comfy beds. Fans provided in all bedrooms which was very much needed due to the hot weather. Spacious bedrooms. Outdoor seating. 7 minutes walk to Exhibition square & Minster area. Not much street noise at nights. We slept fine.

The property lacked cleaning & hygiene products. I know it is serviced but some kitchen spray & toilet cleaner would have been good to have to freshen things up during our stay. We were provided with one laundry tablet & 2 dishwasher tablets which was not enough for a weeks stay - not the kind of item you expect to have to buy when on holiday, would’ve been good to have a more generous supply. The couch was comfortable but the other seats not so much.
