Lovely little property in an ideal location. Its central location made it the perfect space to relax ready to explore the city. The room was clean and had everything you could need for your stay. Despite the location the room was surprisingly quiet and the beds were comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay at 34 Coney Street, especially the Tobaccoist Room. The property was in such a great location in the heart of York, making it incredibly easy to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and historic sights. We loved being able to step outside and immediately be right in the middle of everything York has to offer.
The Tobaccoist Room itself was beautiful, cozy, and full of character. We really appreciated the unique design and the way the historic feel of the building was preserved while still having everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt very special and different from a typical hotel room.
The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, and we loved the little details throughout the property. It was also a great place to come back to and relax after spending the day exploring York.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience at 34 Coney Street and would absolutely stay here again. The location, character, comfort, and atmosphere made it one of our favorite places we stayed during our trip to York!

The apartment decor is done to a high standard and looks amazing, the location was also fantastic
Property has no opening windows and also doesn’t have AC which made it uncomfortable at times I couldn’t imagine being there in the middle of summer. They did however provide a second fan unfortunately the fans provided weren’t the best but did make it a little better. And the bed was that uncomfortable me and my wife slept on the couch in the second night
