The best thing is location, being in the centre of town was very convenient and easy. Only 15 mins from the train station and a few minutes from everywhere else pretty much!
It felt safe. And the apartment was clean.
It was nice and warm when we arrived and with both heaters and fan it was easy to manage comfort levels.
Beds were soft but comfortable and the kitchenette was fine for basics. And all clean and working.
Water was hot and shower was decent.
WiFi was a little patchy, fine for TV and text which was all we needed on the whole. But others may find a pain.
There is a lot of street noise especially weekend nights, particular in the lounge. If you're out and about it won't matter but an evening in might make a difference.
There are earplugs in the bedroom if needed, for light sleepers.
We were unfortunate to have very loud 'busker' rapping til early hours 2 x nights. But I expect this not to be usual. Again, if you are out in the evenings it shouldn't make a difference.

Location was good, very central, a bit noisy at the front however quiet in the bedrooms at the back. Hosts sent a video showing location and access and were helpful.
Needs more information available on equipment and facilities, more kitchen equipment. A bit stark.
