Fede and Luca are super friendly and nice! The earbuds are definitely a plus. 😊The flat is in a great condition and with a lot of good amenities. The location is great! Right in the city center and walkable to everywhere in the old city.

Right in the city centre, short walk to luggage storage. Modern comfortable apartment.
Could be a little noisey with delivery vehicles early morning.

Excellent location, everything within a short walk of the apartment. Fabulous little cafe (Bruks) downstairs. Well equipped kitchen but felt that there could have been more tableware and cutlery. Plates were mismatched. Teabags, coffee, sugar etc were provided as well as dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid & antibac cleaner. Wash pods provided for washing machine and iron & ironing board provided. A welcome pack of water, crisps and bottle of wine was very much appreciated. Good communication, I asked for extra pillows and they were brought within 5 minutes.
Mattress in 2nd bedroom a little uncomfortable, perhaps a mattress topper would help? There is a fan in living room which we took into one of the bedrooms, but the other room would benefit from a fan too, especially as it’s not possible to leave windows open at night due to the noise. (Earplugs provided!😁) A few more coat hangers would also have been appreciated.

Great location in the heart of the city. Comfortable and clean
Excellent communication with hosts
It is extremely noisy. There is a food caravan under the bedroom windows at night encouraging drunk and loud people. The host gave us earplugs but we felt we paid far too much considering we got very little sleep over 3 nights. There was also too little crockery and cutlery for our group of 4 and no wine glasses. It’s a real shame as it is a nice property but the noise spoils it totally
