Great hotel in a great location, close to the central plaza. I stayed in a large room with a private jacuzzi and two balconies. It was superb. But the whole hotel is beautifully designed with a pretty garden area. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet. There was free coffee and chilled water in the public areas and a coffee facility in the room. The ability to make payment by credit card was also useful.
The WiFi at night needs attention. No problems earlier in the day but it failed repeatedly during the evening. Having visited when it was really quiet, I can’t imagine how the WiFi would be in peak season!

Location and it is very traditional Colombian style.
Heard furniture and tables moving around in the morning. Maybe because they were cleaning(?)

Clean, bright, large room, seating area in lobby, breakfast room had beautiful views over the mountains. We had a lovely big room.
Nothing - but breakfast could have been a bit more interesting and varied. Hot water for tea and a toaster would have been nice. Bread was dry. But lovely juices and pieces of papaya. And cooked egg dishes were nice.
