Bed really comfortable, pillows pretty good. Room a good size. Lovely teabags/hot drink options. Welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Great location for travellers
Personally I think every room should have robes in it, Not just on the request menu. Adelaide tap water tastes really bad. Given the air conditioning and how drying that is I'd put two bottles of water to drink in the room daily per person. Pump Hand soap at the tap rather than soap bars. I'd have liked a few more hangers in the wardrobe and an external full length mirror would be better than inside the wardrobe. Better lighting for make up application would be good, there was really nothing suitable.

The valet was quick and easy. The staff were all friendly, helpful and professional. The room was gorgeous and high quality.
The pillows were too soft, aside from this every thing else was exceptional

Room was pleasant. Reception and valet parking practical.
Not Having access to ABC Iview , SBS ON DEMAND AND Netflix. The dinner menu didn t have enough variety( the beef cheek was too salty). Limited menu for breakfast as well. We cancelled our bookings and went to Huami restaurant the second night.
