Beautiful location with great mountain views and very good value for money, especially considering summer prices in Austria.
The apartment had an unusual layout, but it was functional, comfortable and generally clean. The living area was spacious enough, the kitchen was fully equipped, and parking was available right in the yard.
The location was very convenient: around 6–7 minutes by car to Gosausee, less than 30 minutes to Hallstatt, and only a couple of minutes from a grocery store and petrol station.
Self-check-in was smooth, with instructions sent a few days before arrival. The dishwasher was unfortunately out of order during our stay, but this was not a major issue.
The only thing we really missed was a washing machine, which would be useful for stays of three nights or longer.
We would happily stay here again.

The apartment was in a great and quiet location, with plenty of parking space. It was very spacious, especially the living room, which was really large.
There were two bedrooms. The one with the double bed had a slightly unusual setup, but it worked perfectly well for us.
A big plus was the TV, which allowed us to connect our phones and easily watch YouTube, Netflix, or any other streaming platform of our choice.
Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and were very happy with the apartment.
I don’t really have any complaints. Perhaps the apartment could have been aired out before our arrival, but this was not an issue at all – simply opening the windows for a while solved it.
One small suggestion for the summer months would be to install mosquito screens on the bedroom windows. At night, you either have to sleep with the windows closed, which can make the rooms feel a little stuffy, or open them and quickly end up with mosquitoes inside.

Unfortunately, my stay was not satisfactory. The apartment was not properly cleaned. There was dust, cobwebs, and even spiders above the bed and underneath it. In addition, there were dirty dishes inside the kitchen cabinet, which was unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. Another issue was the constant squeaking noise from the doors of the neighboring apartments whenever they were opened or closed, which made it difficult to relax.
On the positive side, the apartment was spacious and the location was very convenient with good access to the surrounding area. I hope the management pays more attention to cleanliness and addresses the noise issue to improve future guests’ experience. I suggest that the building management spend a night where we were, and notice the door creaking disaster.
