About this apartment rental
Catch a beautiful sunrise from the balcony. Just a few steps to put your toes in the sand. Two bedrooms (separated by a pocket door) with queen beds, ceiling fans throughout, one bath and fully equipped kitchen. Keurig coffee pot. All linens provided including beach towels.
Beach chairs and umbrella are available for you to enjoy.

The condo was lovely and clean and easy to access. You could see the ocean from the balcony but it was not right on the ocean and sadly, I wasn't quite able to watch the sunrise comfortably - had to really stretch my neck! It's a great location in Jax Beach! The owner was very responsive to all communications and the condo was neat and comfortable.

Nice job on the interior remodel.
The exterior is not as it seems.
Updates are needed.
The road in front of the building is under construction for 3-4 blocks.
Our view of the ocean included a fleet of John Deere heavy equipment. The owner needs to divulge this prior to renting, as driving was also an issue. The sliding patio door was impossible to open, an apparently had been repaired. Great location. Our experience would’ve been much different without the construction.
