Very pleased

It was close to Duke’s Children facility. It was quiet. The area was clean and unkept. The parking lot was very well lit. The courtyard with the fireplace was a very nice touch even though we did not get to partake.

I will definitely book with them again!

The decor of the whole place was amazing. The staff were very friendly and provided wonderful service. They were also sociable and down to earth too. The rooms were great too; I liked everything!

I love the facility, my family and I have stayed a couple of times due to the space and reasonable pricing.

This particular time, they now have a holding fee $100 which was ok I get it. It just would of been nice to know ahead of time. Secondly our room was clean but some towels and wash cloths had hair on it. We ended up using our own we brought. Also the 2nd bathroom was clogged up. Like I said it's a lovely place I love how u have your own room. In a great location and close to alot of things.

It was a nicely decorated facility.

The showers had no water pressure. The beds were hard with thin mattresses. The staff was not friendly, nor did they tell us what all was required during the visit. I didn’t like the fact I couldn’t get new towels and was required to wash my own towels and take my own trash out. I was on a time crunch so that was not convenient for me. I could see if I was there longer than two nights/ or living there short term. But I was on a short vacation trip.

Extremely unhappy. I flew in late expecting a place to stay and found out the doors were locked

I arrived at the facility at 9 pm and no one was available to help me check in. I had to find a different place to stay for the night. Extremely unhappy!

The staff Barbara was awesome. She was very welcoming, nice and very helpful. The hotel was clean, the room was immaculate. Everything was well stocked. It had everything we needed in the room. There was a washer and dryer with detergent and softener.

I didn't like the person in the room above us that was stomping and running all through the day and night until about 1am both nights and started again around 7am.

A very comfortable, relaxing and peaceful for a couple which was in a very good location.

The one bedroom was a good fit for us. There was enough room for just a couple. Very clean and comfortable.

There was a smell that was from the water heater closet. We sprayed Lysol and used candles.

Overall, it was quiet and peaceful

I have stayed here before and it was wonderful. I still like that you barely here your neighbors. The walls are not completely sound proof especially if a person is stomping like the people above me. The washer and dryer is great being able to wash your clothes before checking out.

That the floor was not swept because there was still trash under bed and in kitchen area along the baseboard areas. You could see food crumbs. This happen to me the very first time I stayed here and to have it happen again in the same room. All the times I stayed here I was put in the same room. And now thinking about it, it makes me wonder if this room have a hidden camera. They say you cannot pick which room you want so. I would be careful about this room 3709 I think it was. Also, the people that have moved in since. Not a good crowd I would want to live among.

BigThe decor was wonderful. The place was clean. Very spacious. We had the one bedroom apartment suite. Loved the washer dryer in the noce bathroom. Private balcony. Very cozy.
