The location. No large condo complexes near this facility.
I think the air conditioner in the living room may need some maintenance. Did not seem to cool the air like the bedroom air conditioner.

It was a very good location and the condo was very comfortable. The beach service was very good. The booking was very easy and went really well, no problem with any of the codes and the room was available upon our arrival.
The tv in the bed room would only show the roku home page, none of the remotes would work the roku, the remote would only turn tv on and off. The dish system didnt respond on that tv.
The floors in the kitchen where very cracked, but there was a rug to cover it, also the toilet seat was broken. But in general the condo was good for us, would stay again.

Great location, right on the beach
The property smelt kind of musty, the rugs were dirty. The carpet was dirty. There was a lot of sand when you walked in we had to clean up the patio doors screen door was broke, broke, and just sitting on its side and rusted. Had to call maintenance to unclog the bathroom sink. The whole place was actually dirty clean deposit. The cleaning fee should be refunded to the past renters. And we shouldn’t get charged as well.
