Had lights, early morning. Cleaness

Each time I have tried to reserve a room, I end up having to reserve a room on the day of arrival.

Both times of not getting a room, there was a family standing with the person telling me there was no room.

.The staff was great and friendly.They have great prices for the money. I like the weekly prices they have.It is very affordable

The beds weren't comfortable at all. I just couldn't sleep the whole stay. I had to put extra pillows down to make it a little comfortable. The floors were dirty when I went to mop them water look like dark muddy water.It seem clean but the room wasn't as it looked.The parking was tight need more parking distance.The figerator was to small. Need a little bit bigger refrigerator. Overall I would recommend it to my friends

The maintenance individual was really rude and it's very noisy late at night..my toilet doesn't flush well and my carpet is very nasty

it was par kept, my toilet was broke every other day as leaned to the side. my table had glue on it, my floor wasn’t swept, my door was broken.

Did not get fresh linen after room cleaned. Cabinet came crashing down off bathroom wall at 3am first nights stay, was in bed asleep after 14 hour drive.

It was very clean inside and out.

After hours people who didn’t have key access had the door propped open. There was a lot of drug activity. Someone’s child called my room and stated they were alone. Felt very unsafe. There was a couple fighting outside in the smoke area as well. When I notified the person on-site I was told I had to wait until Monday. When I told management I left due to this they didn’t compensate us they just told us we would get our deposit which was already a given.
