About this condo rental

Located in Madison Heights, this attractive condo for $64 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Prime location in the heart of historic downtown Lynchburg steps away from your reserved parking space, community market, visitor center, restaurants, shopping, businesses, and walking and bike trails. This ground-level studio near the corner of 12th and Main is packed with modern amenities; a queen bed, 58" Roku TV, settee, mini fridge, microwave, bathroom, walk-in closet, blackout drapes, and sound deafening interior storm windows. Approx. 10 min from all local colleges. Here's what you can expect in Studio 114: A comfortable queen bed with layers of bedding. Next to the bed, you'll find reading lamps and a sound machine for our light sleepers. Guests can view the 58" Roku TV from a bed, recliner, or settee/couch. A Keurig with K-cups provides morning coffee. A mini-fridge, microwave, and dish set enable guests to make and store food/leftovers which guests can enjoy at the comfortable dining table for two. Near the bed is the private full bathroom which includes a shower, toilet, pedestal sink, and all the amenities a tired traveler might need. A large closet and dresser provide clothes and suitcase storage. A Mini split ductless air unit with a remote keeps the studio cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Please note that only guests who have completed the registration process are allowed to enter the property. Thank you for your understanding. Guests can park in our designated parking space and then explore downtown and walk to restaurants. Pets are allowed in our home, but there are some requirements that you should keep in mind before bringing your furry friend along. We allow one well-behaved small dog, up to 20lb, with an additional $70 fee. To maintain cleanliness inside and outside of our home, please be mindful of your pet's activities. Also, please do not let your pet's paws touch the furniture or bedspreads, and do not use bath linens to clean them. Please bring your pet's bed with you. If you plan to leave your dog unattended in the house, please make sure that they are crated. Additionally, let us know beforehand if you will be bringing a dog. Please note that there is a small step inside the apartment. Also, keep in mind that noise may be an issue, especially on weekends, as there is a bar across the street. As we are located in downtown, it is not the quietest area.

Super convenient location and parking. This is like a very nice hotel room (at 1/3 the price)! The property manager was incredibly responsive when we needed assistance. I’ll happily stay there again!

My husband and I visited Lynchburg with our one year-old to see some of my friends from college. The couple nights we spent here was perfect. The room was clean and had all of the things in it that we needed. The host was very accommodating, as we had to arrange to bring our baby last minute. I loved the location of the place. It was right downtown in the middle of lots of things to do. We will definitely make plans to come back!

The location of this apartment is perfect. Walkable to everything. The parking spot that comes with it is very convenient because parking can be hard in Lynchburg. Would stay there again for sure.

Wife and I stayed 2 nights over a weekend. Super convenient to downtown attractions and parking place is right there behind the apartment. Very clean and cute. It’s bigger than the pictures imply. Will stay here again!

This property is very comfortable and the location is great! It's close to the river and many good restaurants. The only downside is the size of the bathroom. It's small, but not a game charger for me.

It was in a wonderful spot in downtown Lynchburg in walkable distance to everything. It’s small but perfect for one or two people. The only not so good thing was it did smell a bit musty or like pets.

Location is fantastic! Easy to walk to restaurants, shops, farmers market. Apartment is clean, very tastefully done and has everything you need. Off-street parking is so nice. This was my second time staying here and it won’t be the last.

The property and parking were easy to find. Great walking distance to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Easy to get to any part of Lynchburg within like 10 minutes. The bathroom is EXTREMELY small, but it is to be expected.

This property was great for one night. However, finding the parking spot was extremely challenging due to the numbers on the spaces being completely unreadable. This made me concerned that we would be towed. Please repaint numbers on parking spots or use better signage to indicate where guests should park. The bed was very comfortable and with white noise I slept well, despite the noise outside. My other recommendation would be to upgrade the towels as these were both quite small and scratchy.

This location was perfect!!! We had our dog and everything is in walking distance. So clean and quaint. You would think it would be loud because you are right downtown but nothing could be further from the truth. Shower is really small so if you are a person of size, it could be an issue. We can’t wait to come back.

This studio apartment was absolutely perfect for us! It was immaculate and the host had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable! We walked across the street for dinner and right down the street for breakfast. The temple of the apartments was easy to control. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable!
