Great place not far from the city center.

Great big bed and new hotel. Free parking next to the hotel

The late check-in at 16, is something you never see at places of this level. The style is like the building in construction sill.

Für Kurzaufenthalt ok

1. Das beste ist die Tiefgarage - sehr komfortabel! 2. Frühstück schon ab 6 Uhr. 3. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Inventar ist sehr eckig, kantig, kühl, unbequem und wenig gemütlich. Zimmer wirken unfertig - ist aber Style des Hauses.

The price doesnt match the quality

The location was perfect, and very friendly staff helped us with every our wish and request.

We were travelling during the time of exhibition so the price for the hotel was like 5* but the hotel itself is worth 3+ stars. No facilities, poor breakfast with same daily menu. Balcony had no roof, so the raindrops were knocking on the window all night.

Love the location and the rooms, very clean and daily it’s been cleaned by the house cleaning! Some of the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant n bar was really good! Staff were very friendly.

The breakfast selection could be added more variety, for a person staying 6 days it could get boring! Hospitality could be added more to few of the reception girls. Also adding a complimentary kettle or coffee box machine in the room would have helped a lot.

Gern wieder - dafür muss sich aber etwas grundsätzliches ändern. Vorschlag: suchen Sie die Kooperation mit dem Partyver

Wir mögen die Möglichkeit andere Menschen zu treffen, die auch auf die F&B gehen und man zusammen vorher feiern kann.

Auch wenn gefeiert wird muss es Grenzen geben. Das betrifft die Behandlung des Inventars sowie einer Einhaltung von Ruhezeiten. Insbesondere letzteres war nicht gegeben. Auch nach Bescheerde am Empfang hat sich nicht wesentliches geändert. Hier fehlt meiner Meinung nach die Fähigkeit Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Price performance best in Essen

Price performance very good. Location is 1.5km far from the central train station. Good room, clean, nice bathroom, big bed, friendly staff.. If I am in Essen again, i will definitely go for this hotel again.

Augen auf bei der Berufswahl

Unglaublich unfreundliches Personal am Tag der Anreise. Die Rezeptionistin scheute dann auch nicht davor zurück ihren Kollegen lautstark von ihrer Kündigung zu erzählen, sodass alle in der Lobby mithören konnten wie sehr es sie ankotzt da zu arbeiten! Immer wieder schade wenn die Personalauswahl so in die Hose geht...

Perfecte locatie, kamers en vriendelijk personeel

De ligging, de berg aflopen en je bent midden in het centrum van Essen. Vriendelijke medewerkers en een fijne kamer

De kussens, tsja.. dat kan je geen kussen noemen. Echter nadat wij dit hadden aangeven kregen wij een extra kussen. Het personeel kwam ze persoonlijk afleveren bij de deur!

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Das Servicepersonal war spitze. Sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Sehr gut zu erreichen war das Hotel. Funktionelle Ausstattung. Safe auf dem Zimmer sehr gut. In dieser Preiskategorie sonst nicht selbstverständlich.

Sehr zentral gelegen, die Zimmer sehr groß und das Bad ebenfalls. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Lage

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Von dem Hotel erreicht man schnell das Stadtzentrum oder die naheliegende U-Bahn Station. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles was man brauchte. Die Zimmer waren schön groß und geräumig.

Mooie kamers, goede ligging ten opzichte van het centrum, voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Bioscoop en Wellness in de buurt.

Druk bij het ontbijt, lang wachten bij de koffie machine.

Kein Vergleich zu 2022

Die Lage und der rustikale Flowers Flair. Alle Zimmer mit Balkon und sehr ruhig

Frühstück für den Preis (14 €) OK. Ausstattung sehr mau. Kein Schrank auf dem Zimmer nur eine Garderobe. Sauberkeit hat im Gegensatz zum letzten Jahr abgenommen. Haare in der Dusche/WC. Duschverkleidung bei den Scharnieren schon recht dreckig. Betten zu weich (Geschmackssache). Und auch beim Frühstück hatten wir Pech mit teilweise schmutzigem Geschirr/Besteck.Wir haben 340€ für zwei Nächte bezahlt(ohne Frühstück). Für den Preis nicht nochmal. Schade.

Da würde ich auch gerne selber schlafen

Ich habe die Zimmer anläßlich einer Geburtstagsfeier für Freunde gemietet. In diesem Zug habe ich die Zimmer angeschaut, Sehr modern mit Industry Chic, mir selber haben die großen geräumigen Zimmer mit sehr großem Bad und sehr großer Dusche sehr gut gefallen, Ein solches Hotel mit dieser Ausstattung in dieser Lage (ca. 10 min bis zur Innenstadt und Hauptbahnhof) für diesen Preis ist sensationell. Ein Mega Highlight ist die Rooftopbar mit grandiosem Ausblick.

Ich habe in einem Zimmer schlafen müssen, das noch nicht mal fertig gestellt war. Fotos vorhanden. Unter einer Bar stelle ich mir ruhiges Ambiente und keine bahnhofshalle vor. Im Restaurant darf man keine normale Küche erwarten. Da muss man schon Tapas Fan sein Nach einer Nacht raus. Nie nie mehr. Aber zahlen werde ich das nicht.

The services of the hotel need improvement. There is no restaurant or something to eat at the Hotel, the bar doesn't even serve everything that is written on the menu.

Decor, very basic. Reported balcony door handle door was broken and was told someone would look at it. Still not fixed by the time we left. Very thin pillows on bed.

Very good location, amazing hospitable guys at the reception. Good big room with a balcony. The hotel is new so it's clean and comfy.

A bit too hard mattress - I added blanket to make it softer
