We stayed in a double room with private bathroom.
This is not a hotel - it is a property with three rooms available to rent. There is no staff present unless it's check in or cleaning time.
Location is fantastic.
Decor is classic and room is clean.
It can be noisy because of the location but this is normal and there is nothing they can reasonably do so this is fine.
Bed is hard - depends on your preference, was ok for me.
Aircon switches on and off and is incredibly loud - I'm not exaggerating. When it switches on and off it can shudder and it is physically in the room so it's loud.
Shower switches intermittently between hot and cold water which was uncomfortable and below what I'd expect for the price I paid. At points I was shivering.
My stay was acceptable but I was disappointed.

The rooms are in an excellent location, it is perfect for those really hot days that you need to go back to the accommodation to get fresh. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the room has a lot of details to make very comfortable your trip in Rome. I will definitely come back here for my next trip

No breakfast! The shop across the alley was really great!
Incredible noise at all times of night from the other residents arguing and the people and businesses moving through the street.
the wardrobe was partially blocked by the bed.
