It had all the amenities u cld ask for and a little balcony u cld sit at and enjoy the view.
It was walking distance to the large shopping centre.
It was hard to find. The pullout bed (as I was a third person) was very uncomfortable it had a metal pole running in the centre so I had to squash to one side up against the mirror.

The owner of the unit was very prompt to reply to our concerns and was very friendly. It didn't take long for the staff to come up and assist us. Also, the view was great! We didn't have the time to use the pool and the playground though. The location was also very convenient as we wanted easier access to MOA and NAIA, especially if you have kids and senior citizens with you like I did. Thanks to the owner for her overwhelming patience in handling our issues, and apologies for the disturbance that my kids may have caused to other residents.

Location, swimming pool is big plus. Near the Mall of Asia. Airco in the room.
Bathroom smells of strong cleaning product to mask the smell of the drainage in the shower. The wall is pealing off. The walls and bathroom need an upgrade.
