Compared to may other Hotels in Las Palmas this is a secret escape hotel near the harbour. The team is superb, Rooms modern and clean. Would go here any time soon again !
The elevator is extremly slow, the rooftop is not realy nice

The hotel is in a great central location, everything is easily approachable by walking.
The staff was polite and helpful.
The room was spacious and comfortable, we enjoyed spending time on the balcony which overlooked the port and a monument.
The breakfast was very bad unfortunately. There was not enough selection for us and we didn't like the flavours of the cooked dishes. The coffee machine is the worst we've encountered - couldn't stomach drinking it at all.
The shower panel had mould growing at the bottom.
