The two refined and modern 90sqm three-room apartments are bright balconies with an elegant entrance in a period building at the corner of the heart of Via Veneto, the street of dolce vita and home to the most prestigious hotels in Rome such as Westin Excelsior, Marriott Flora, Via Veneto Hotel, Ambasciatori, Majestic and others; located 80mt away from Porta Pinciana and Villa Borghese, the most important park in the city, 200mt from Piazza Barberini, 10 min walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Piazza del Popolo. These two facing apartments are located on the 5th floor with lift, each consisting of a living room with large sofa bed, open kitchen and adjacent bathroom, and two bedrooms each with private bathroom; they are equipped with Smart TV, free WI-FI, independent heating / hot water, cold / hot air conditioning system, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
