Single family home in West Bradenton. This 2 bedroom 1 bath home has been totally remodeled and updated in 2019. Great flowing open floor plan. Beautifully renovated bath and kitchen. New smart TVs, front door RING camera, Wi-Fi and outdoor grill. Only 6.6 miles from Anna Maria Island Bradenton beach and 2 miles from IMG Academy. Swimming pool and nice private fence around the yard. Close to downtown Bradenton and Manatee Riverwalk park. Very close to the shopping and dining.

Perfect size for my family of 4 . We had a great time at this house. The pool was wonderful. It was heated and was perfect size and debt for me and my family, including my son who is still young. The beds were really comfy and it was very clean. The only negative i would say was the water temperature for the house or kitchen faucet would get extremely hot. Besides that though it was perfect location for the beach for restaurants grocery there’s a bowling alley and a miniature golf not far from the house either. We will definitely be back to rent this property and we had a really good time. Highly recommend this place! Also the grill was really nice too!! 10/10000!! and one more thing before I forget they did accommodate an early check-in for me too and they were very good with communication about it too, so I’d greatly appreciated that !!

Amazing home 10 mins drive to the beach. Very convenient location for groceries, restaurants and shopping. found Thai, Indian and longhorn nearby. Everything one would need for a relaxing vacation is provided at the home , pool was excellent for the tired from the beach evenings, was able to cook breakfast, wash towels and sleep well. They even provided beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler.

This property was great for our stay.There was only two of us on our getaway and the house had all the amenities.Their pool was a plus and heated to boot.
