Loved the quiet, secluded spot looking over the Harbor. Loved the patio and being able to sit and chill in the evenings.
TV reception was awful. 9 times out of 10, there was no connection. With the wood floors, you hear everything thing, especially noisy neighbors.

The common area was awesome. We used it for our own cocktail hour on the first evening. We met others in the process. Area was attractive, well-stocked with self-service items, and had a great view. Rooms were very comfortable (although no central ventilation, we had to open the back door). Breakfast was excellent--granola in particular.
The room code given for one of our 2 rooms was inaccurate; we had to call someone, verify our identity, and get the correct code. Another group arrived and did not know how to access their rooms. The phone number I provided to them (which worked for us), did not work for them. And there was no person at the front desk to help. I would suggest implementing a more transparent process to access help upon arrival--something better than multiple different phone numbers. Lastly, our sink's drain pipe was detached from the sink, causing a minor flood inside the vanity cabinet below. I sopped up the mess with extra towels, then placed an ice bucket under the plumbing gap to catch the leaking pipe so we could use the sink and avoid flooding the floor(s) below. I could not figure out why the pipes were not connected properly--likely needs a plumber's attention.

The location was great. I prefer to park and walk around town and everything I went there for was easily within walking distance. The door code system was nice as I didn't have to carry around a card. The swing chair was an experience. I've never sat in one before. Those things are instant naps.
Granola is not breakfast. There was no in room coffee maker or even a way to make tea without going to the common area to heat water, which I don't want to get dressed to do at 0300. The microwave was also in the common area and 'quiet' hours started at ten in the evening. Check-in after five pm has a different process. This place was institutionally dayshift-oriented, hard. They did have a small in room refrigerator, so at least there was that.
