About this house rental
completely renovated inside and outside. New furniture and new infinity pool.
Located quiet at the end of a road on top of mountain with stunning view over the ocean, the Palamos harbor and the mountains. Ocean is much closer than most other houses in the area (1km) so no binoculars needed like many other listings!
Beach 5 minutes drive. Supermarket, butcher, fish store and bakery 3 min drive. Platja D'aro and Palamós with many restaurants, boulevard and boutique shops 10 min.
The space:
3 bedrooms and offers accommodation to 6 people. Every bedroom, the kitchen and the living room have all individually controlled newly installed air conditioners.
Top level: Entrance. Sitting room with satellite T.V. and fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen. Toilet. Large balcony with an amazing panoramic sea and Mountain View.
Level down: Connected with top level with internal stairs as well as separate entrance. Bedroom with double bed, Bedroom with two single beds, and Bedroom with bunk bed (children only) Bathroom with shower and toilet + separate toilet.
Outdoor: pool with terrace, cactus garden, many mature trees and private driveway with parking for 2 cars (charging of electric cars not allowed as network will trip)
Land area - 1500 m2.House area - 170 m2.
This is the perfect choice for a family and great for children. For those looking for a place to relax. It's unique charm will draw you in allowing you to completely unwind.
Guest access
All of the house is available with exception of 2 rooms and garage which are locked and have private sign. The owner is using these area’s when there are no guests. To be clear you will be the only one on the property during your rental period, so fully private for you during renting period.
For all bookings access to kitchen, living room,large balcony, pool and outdoor space.
The place is professional cleaned prior to your arrival and fresh bedlinnen and towels will be available.
High-chair and baby cod are available. Please notify when submitting rental request if needed.
Per local law copy of passport / ID will be required for each guest at time of checking in.

Only renters with established account and positive reviews will be considered. Please also note that in the July-August period only bookings from Saturday to Saturday can be accepted.

For two weeks, we escaped to a true paradise!
A beautiful, clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable home, where you can feel the love and attention to every detail. The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation and even more. We couldn’t have imagined that our holiday could be this wonderful.
Comfortable beds, a grill, a always-clean pool, excellent internet, a terrace with a hammock and a stunning view of the sea and mountains, beautiful dishes, and a fully equipped kitchen—all of this made our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable.
If you're looking for seclusion away from tourist crowds but still want to be close to the sea and all the conveniences of civilization, this house is the perfect choice.
Just imagine: extraordinary, magical light pouring in golden streams through the pine branches, air filled with a heady resinous-pine scent, and a silence that covers your soul like soft velvet… Only the singing of cicadas breaks this magical tranquility.
These two weeks were a true therapy for us. We melted into this bliss, enjoying harmony with nature.
The service was outstanding—from the first contact to the moment we checked out. We will definitely return here next year.

The house is stunning, very comfortable, clean and tasteful decorated. The views of the house are AMAZING!, we enjoyed the big balcony of the house looking at the Mediterranean Sea, the fresh air and the beautiful nature of the mountains around the house, and the infinitive pool. The location is 5 minutes to the beach and supermarket, 10 minutes to very nice restaurants and many nice places to see. TWO THUMBS UP! I highly recommend for anyone who want to have a happy and relaxing time. We love to return one day, better sooner than later. Great place and location!
