Modern home within walking distance to Beach, Bay, Historic Bridge Street, pier, restaurants, shops, ice cream, mini golf, fishing, water sports, this location has it all! You will absolutely love the convenience here! Enjoy our beautiful beaches, watch sunsets and sunrises from your balconies or enjoying the heated pool. We are the second house from the beach 50 yards and your toes will be in the sand. Clean quiet street but close enough to walk anywhere. The space The house is a 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath with 2 master bedroom suites each having a private full bathroom, double sinks, granite counters, tiled walk in shower with glass doors, and walk in closet. Third bedroom has 2 single beds and shared bathroom with the fourth bedroom that has bunk beds. Jack&Jill bathroom also has double sinks, granite counters, tub/shower combination, beautiful tile with that beachy feel. Our unit is spacious, clean, bright with an open concept. The kitchen has granite counters, beautiful cabinetry, and supplies for all your cooking needs. Full size refrigerator, flat top stove, microwave, K cup coffee maker. The living room has plenty of seating, flat screen TV and a queen pullout sofa bed. The walk-out balcony off living room has beach and bay views. Elevator to all floors, 2 car garage, private washer and dryer in the unit. The PRIVATE pool is heated with full covered patio, table, chairs, gas grill, flat screen TV.Ping Pong table We supply all linens, bath towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 10 beach chairs, 10 beach towels. We also own the adjoining house that has the same floor plan and is also available to rent. Double your space for the family get together's. Come and enjoy our house and see what our area has to offer. Gulf breezes and salt air are awaiting... thanks for looking at our "happy place".

I chose this place because of it's closeness to the beach, Bridge St. and that it had a pool which was perfect for the kids after all day excursions. Plenty of space for all 9 of us, it was clean and comfortable. The beautiful beach is across the street, and walking distance to Bridge St. with all the stores and restaurants was awesome. We will definitely come back next year thank you!

Ideal location nestled steps from the beach and the bay! We enjoyed coffee in the morning and cocktails at night on the 3rd floor porch. Plus, the house is a short walk to all the action on Bridge Street!!

We stayed from a Tuesday to a Saturday. Everything was amazing and we were just two homes and a road from the beach. All the beach necessities were there, made it all so easy. AND there was an elevator…

The property was spacious and clean, with a fantastic open concept on the third floor and a great pool area, both of which encouraged socializing. The proximity to the beach was also a plus. If I ever go back to this area I will absolutely try to get into this property again.

We had a nice stay. 4 adults and 4 kids fit perfect. The location to the beach is great and within walking distance of bridge street shopping area. Quite a few bars and restaurants very close to the house. The pool is small but perfect for the 4 kids while we hung out under the covered deck. The location is a big driver for this house. The host was very accommodating and responded very quickly on the 1 issue we had. Would def recommend.

As longtime travelers to Sanibel, we thought we’d never find a place we liked as much. There were so many advantages to staying at this home. We never had to load the kids in the car to go anywhere, as we could walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The young adults loved the party atmosphere just a few blocks away, yet In spite of the proximity to the bars, the house was quiet always. The kids loved swimming in the the pool and felt confident because of the manageable size. Great restaurants on the beach as well as near the home. We would stay again! Did I mention put put for the kids? ALL walkable.

Our family had a very pleasant stay over Thanksgiving week. The house was in a perfect location just ½ block from either the Gulf beaches or Anna Maria Sound and a short walk to historic Bridge Street with its boutiques and restaurants. It was clean, roomy and well equipped. Adam was a very responsive host. We highly recommend it.

The property is awesome with plenty of room, a great pool area, close to the beach and within walking distance to several fabulous restaurants. The house has everything you need for a day at the beach including a wagon to pack supplies. Kitchen is also well supplied. The host responded immediately to questions. Looking forward to a return visit.

We were fortunate to be able to book this location relatively last minute. We found the property to be as described in the listing. We had several very minor issues (almost every rental property will), but they did not detract from our stay. The owner was always quick to respond with any communication. The best aspect of this property is the location. It is a quick walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We rarely had to use our rental car because everything was so easy to access.

This house was everything we imagined for our girls weekend. We could not have asked for a better location....The Gulf of Mexico is steps away at the end of the street and the shops, restaurants, bars and the pier are a block away! It was a great way for all of us to be together under one roof, and we could walk anywhere we wanted to go. Many of the restaurants and bars had live music, and we enjoyed being able to do a lot of these things outside. Alan is a fantastic host and we definitely look forward to going back again!

This is our second rental. We wish this was OUR Home. With less than a 1/4 mile walk to the beach, it makes it easy to go back and forth with ease. The pool is a nice way to relax from the sun as it is well-shaded. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking and entertainment. And bonus, the house has beach towels, beach chairs, a ping pong table, and bikes! We will definitely be back! We will be
