About this house rental
Nestled in Ocean Isle Beach, this charming house for $450 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Beautiful, custom built home finished in December, 2019. Highlights of our family-friendly, custom build home that sleeps 11 guests include an elevator, 2 master bedroom suites, multiple porches and beautifully appointed living areas. Living Area Enjoy watching movies on a rainy day on the 55" flat-screen TV located in the main living area. Separate seating area on main living space by fireplace for causal conversation or to enjoy an afternoon cocktail. Kitchen and living space are open to each other, creating an inviting atmosphere for entertaining and family meals. Kitchen is equipped with a full suite of appliances (including French Door fridge with water/ice option outside, and separate Beverage fridge) and a large granite island that seats four. Additional seating for 6 located at the dining table. Also located on the main floor is a half bath and additional 2nd master bedroom and bathroom. Bedrooms and Bath The downstairs features a large "mudroom" space with coat hooks, bench and area to throw flip flops. Also located downstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. One Master bedroom (King) with walk-in bathroom and 2 smaller bedrooms (4 bunk beds located in one and queen bed located in the 2nd) with jack and jill connecting bathroom. Laundry space is also located downstairs. Outdoor shower also located on ground level. Upstairs there is a 2nd Master bedroom (Queen and Twin) and connecting bathroom. Extra Amenities and More Details: Complimentary high speed internet and TV, washer/dryer, pack-n-play, highchair, beach chairs and toys are provided. An elevator offers convenient access to all floors. Secure, custom code provides keyless entry during your stay. Parking is provided for four vehicles in a carport and 2 in the driveway. Location: Located directly across from a beach access. Access is visible from the house and just a short walk away. Enjoy ocean views directly from either of the 2 back porches and marsh/intercoastal views from the front porch! Linen Fee negotiable for weekend/long weekend rentals. Please inquire if you would like to bring your own linens. Linen Fee required for weekly rentals.

We had a family vacation with our 3 children (ages 21, 18, & 16) and 2 of their friends (ages 18 & 17). Taylor's Tide was perfect for this group. Short walk to the beach and the home was the perfect size. Great views from the upper deck and a beautiful sunset view from the back. Lots of spices so we didn't have to worry about that and plenty of cookware/dishes. I would definitely recommend this home and hope to be back in the future!

This is a beautiful and clean home! The elevator was perfect for the mobility needs of 2 of our guests. The keyless entry was so easy and helpful for multiple families coming and going. The house was well stocked and the beach items in the storage space are top notch!

This property was the perfect house for our family. The location, the space, the amenities, and the decor made for a great vacation. The house is so convenient to beach access which made it really nice for our family members who can't walk as far. The elevator was a wonderful amenity to have because the stairs were very steep for some of our family members with more mobility issues. The house is well situated for multiple family members, and everything was so clean and nice. The house offered plenty of parking which was good since we had multiple cars. The hosts were very communicative and helpful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property or stay again.

This is the second year staying at Taylor's Tide. It's an amazing beach property with a fantastic location. The property is well decorated and extremely clean. It's just a short walk to the closest beach access. Elevator access makes things a lot easier for packing/unpacking. The owners are fantastic at communicating and ensuring a pleasant stay during your time on vacation. This property is highly recommended for anyone looking for an amazing place to stay while at Ocean Isle.

- Host very quick to respond and helpful - thank you!
Cons:
- Kitchen not well stocked - pots and pans were on the older side and cheaper quality
- Maybe the cleaning vendor had a down day but we had to re-clean a few areas. Plus shower grout in multiple bathrooms have several moldy areas
- Downstairs kids bathroom door only opens halfway
- elevator is finicky but the host was very helpful when we ran into trouble
- there is a grill provided but it’s small and charcoal

My family and I have been coming to Ocean Isle on and off for the past 25 years. This is the best property we’ve stayed at based on the overall value and experience. The posting description was spot on and the owners were responsive which made the process seamless. We appreciated the attention to detail in regards to use of items instructions, technology, etc. You can’t go wrong with this property if you’re looking for an awesome week at the beach!

Fun times at the Beach!
Enjoyed our stay at Taylor’s Tide! Family of 10 (ages 2-71) with lots of space to hang out. First time for our group to experience 4th of July at the beach with a parade and fireworks on the beach. That’s the way to celebrate! Thanks for sharing your beach house!

The owners were great to work with. They answer all the many questions I had even some when we were at the house. The house has a nice location to the beach. As well the house had plenty of room for the family to gather together.

Great stay. We enjoyed the newer home and amenities. Nice, spacious bathrooms and large kitchen area was a plus. Issues with taking the elevator down from the top floor. It had to slowly reset to 2nd floor each time. It was nice to have extra beach chairs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Taylor's Tide last week. If you are looking for a beautiful, clean, and convenient to ocean beach house, this is it! The living area and kitchen are open and large. Fantastic Beach Home
Truly an amazing beach house with a great location. The house was extremely clean upon arrival and well decorated. Of all the houses we have stayed at in Ocean Isle, this was by far our favorite one. The views from both the 2nd and 3rd floors were amazing. There was a short and quick walk to the public beach access. The owners were quick to respond to any questions I had. We all hated to leave such a wonderful house at the end of the week. Highly recommended as an amazing place to stay while visiting Ocean Isle.
