About this apartment rental
This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located on the GROUND FLOOR in the 400 building located at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club in Orange Beach, Alabama. This unit is gulf front and has some nice upgrades throughout the condo.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need - just bring your food! It features new granite counter tops and back splash. There is plenty of seating for everyone between the kitchen and bar area.
The living area is very open and the couch pulls out into a sleeper sofa. The living room TV has been upgraded to a 60 inch flat screen TV.
The master bedroom is very spacious featuring a king sized bed, 43 inch smart flat screen tv, small safe for your personal belongings, and a private master bathroom. And don't forget the gorgeous views out the sliding glass doors that lead you to your patio.
The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed, 32 inch smart flat screen tv, and plenty of storage for your personal belongings. There is a full bathroom right outside this bedroom in the hallway.
We do have a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
Amenities include: 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, private beach access just steps away from your door, tennis courts, fitness room, sauna, steam room, shuffleboard, BBQ grill area, free wifi and cable tv
The indoor pool and fitness room are only open when the security guard is on site

This property is perfect for guests of all ages, but especially for young kids. Walk straight out the door and you’re at the pool. Take a few more steps and you’re at the beach. The host was quick to respond and the property was very clean. Highly recommended!

Location location location!! Walk out the door and bam pool! Walk a little more and boom sand! Forget something inside no problem just walk right back. Large spacious interior with plenty of room. Large king size bed in master. Fridge with ice and water in door was a pleasant surprise, saved from buying ice all week.

Nice location, cute, clean condo and resort grounds. Nice supply in kitchen and extra games. Would definitely recommend! AC locks at 68 but didn’t seem to stay very cool inside.
