Location! Backed onto the beach.
Rooftop bar/restaurant had views of ocean and sunset over Mt Agung!
Balustrade repairs although urgently required were quite disruptive and noisy.

The room was comfortable and clean.

The room is ok but I don't understand why a mountain facing room doesn't have a balcony. Not even a small one.
The rooftop bar is cool, but why only open after 3.00pm?
Poor room design. Maybe designed for the Asian market but definitely not the Western market.
Noise from maintenance works every day, even Easter Sunday. Hammering and power tools. Very annoying.
