About this house rental
Newly built single-family house in a residential area on a plot of 540 square meters, very sunny south facing the town, near the center. With all services, very quiet safe and no noise .. The building consists of 3 floors: Ground floor of 145 square meters with two huge rooms, one of them with attic of 15 square meters, each with private bathroom, one of them type suite. In the day area, an impressive dining room with double height that presides over a large two-sided fireplace, which separates from the kitchen with a table to eat up to 12 people, next to a full-service sink, next to an exit to a back terrace "chill out." Near the kitchen has a large laundry room of 10 square meters with washer and dryer, iron, itches. The upper part communicates with the double height of the dining room with two walkways that connect to the 2 bedrooms, an office, and a full washbasin. In the semi-basement part you can discover a multipurpose room with huge Italian design kitchen equipped with all appliances, dining room, full sink and a small guest room.
At the foot of the street is the bike lane (via green), surrounded by playgrounds, former train station converted into the Tourist Office, picnic area and outdoor gym, very close to the sports area, municipal pool.

The stay was fantastic. Lots of space, both inside and outside. We made great use of the BBQ. You re only a 10 minutes drive of beaches, shops etc. Beautiful area with many little bays. Jordi ans Luci are amazing hosts. We were welcomed with a bottle of Cava and a beautiful fruit platter. They gave us an explanation about the house and the surrounding area what to do. Unfortunately, we were only here for a short week, but you could easily spend a few weeks here

The villa was beautiful and the hosts, Jordi and Luci were so very welcoming. They even left some treats for us to welcome us to Spain and their villa. The villa is very well equipped and very clean. The garden is immaculate with a wonderful aroma of Jasmine bushes lining the walls. All in all a lovely stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you

We enjoyed our holidays to the max at the house of Lucia and Jordi. The house was perfect in all aspects and was everything we could wish for.
Lucia and Jordi are very warm and welcoming people. They gave us some nice gifts when we left which was really very nice of them. We absolutely recommend the house and we will for sure not doubt to go back if we go to that area again.
