The staff helping us was very friendly and accommodated us when we had a medical emergency upon checkout. The location was nice and it was very clean and up to date and the decor was great, the pictures for booking dont do it justice. The kitchen had pretty much everything needed you could ever think of to make any kind of meal. The cabinet of spices and other condiments, I'm guessing was left over from previous tenants was a cool way to kinda tie in a community; like feeling of giving something to help the next guests and we did the same with our non perishables. The fireplace was awesome as well, and overall the accommodations were quiet and peaceful. It was close to the bus stop, which was convenient as we didn't have a car. The views from the balcony of the mountain were also spectacular.
We had to go to a separate office to check in that was not at the same facility. We were given a key code that could have just been provided upfront through the booking service in email and would have made the travel day easier. The information the office provided was great, but it could have been left in the apt to see upon arrival. The apt had almost no humidity, not the facilities' fault as it is at high altitude and winter time, but a larger humidifier in the unit would be nice, as the small one provided made no difference. Although the unit was close to the bus stop, maybe giving a bit more information in the arrival documents on how to use it would have been helpful, such as downloading this bus app, etc. Also, there was no arrival bag. In other stays we have been on, there would be a welcome bag that would have a couple waters, snacks/candy, asprin/ibuprofen, etc. The things after a long travel day that would make a big difference to a guest arrival that doesn't cost much, but it would have been a nice touch. We didn't use the pull-down Murphy bed, but it was an interesting feature. I could see a group or small kids using it, but the screws were not recessed into the wood and looked a bit rough in places where a small child could potentially hurt themselves.

The house was perfect for my husband, me, and my brother, but there wasn't much room for many others. It would work well for a family with 2 or 3 small children, though! The kitchen was nice and had all the amenities we needed. The fireplace warmed the condo area so well!
The hot tub was in the pool area and was smaller than we anticipated. There wasn't room to share with anyone else. But it worked and soothed our sore muscles after a couple long days of skiing.
The check-in process was confusing to say the least. They door had a keyless entry, but we had to go to the Ski & Raquet office (which is not located on the property) to get a packet that had the key code. This could have been sent in the app or in an email instead of having us drive all over Breckenridge. For some reason, the address we were given to check in did not take us to the correct place (across the street).
The location was a little far from the center of town. Only one bus came to our location, and the route was the longest (due to the distance. Once we got on the bus, though, it took us to all the areas we wanted to visit.

it was a great place to stay until the final night. facilities were clean and a great location.
on the last night, we came back to a master bed soaked from the ceiling dripping. the property owners obviously knew about the issue as the had a bowl collecting the drippings, but never told us about the issue. upon our arrival, we pushed the bed against the back wall so we could put our luggage on the other side of the bed. because of the dripping, we had to sleep in a wet bed our final night.
