The apartment is in the heart of old historical town, which is a great location. Even though it is located very close to the busy lively street full of restaurants, shops and tourist, it is still very quiet, because it is situated into the inner courtyard, where you do not hear a thing.
Francesca was helpful and resolve an issue we had.
Breakfast was fine, small buffet box with pastries, juice and some cookies. Also a choice of nutella, jam or honey. There was also coffee machine in the room (and in the reception, in case you spent the coffee in your room). We could also use a very nice terrace. There was a room service, staff brought new things for breakfast-box, made up the bed, ...
Apartment was clean and bed was very comfortable. Lots of towels to use, some toiletries were also provided.
A/C run really good in the room, the temperature was super nice.
I would appreciate a little bit more stuff in the kitchenette, I think a wine opener is a must, especially in Italy :) Or a knife and a cutting board, maybe a scissors would be also useful to some people.
After the first night we had to change the room for organization reasons from the provider side, which was a little bit unpleasant, but no big deal. We just packed our stuff and they moved it to another apartment while we were out, so it was handled quite easily.
