The location was perfect, information from hosts was clear and very useful, apartments were cute. Flexible access for luggage storage was helpful.
The futon was broken in one of the rooms we rented and it stunk like cigarette smoke—but the hosts were great and made some accommodations.

The location.
There was a noise at 6 am due to AC machines outside.
