Atri 25 is right in the middle of the historical center. You can't get a better location than this. The rooms are clean and shower is really good. Staff are responsive to guest needs. Rooms can be tidied as needed. Security is good-- 3 crypto locks to get to your room.
First Issue (Safety): You have to climb 42 stone stairs in the dark (part without handrail) to get to the common area. Then along a catwalk with a low railing that won't prevent a 2-story fall (comes up slightly past the knee) to get to the room. First floor of room contains a fridge and cabinet for clothes and a couch (doesn't make you want to stay down there.) Climb a stairway with low railing (again slightly above the knee) that is dangerous by US standards, to the top floor w/bed and bathroom. A short rail would not prevent someone from falling over. It felt dangerous, especially since you have to lean over to reach the railing to start downward from that floor. Second issue (Comfort): The room had A/C, but it stopped working without warning, on an especially warm night, and it was a fitful night with little sleep. Talked to a staffer the next day; he said the owner had decided to shut off the A/C without warning. Third issue (Quiet): Lots of rules about being quiet, and that's fine because we were quiet. However, that didn't stop the establishment on the floor above our room from hosting a huge party from 10:30pm until 2am. Another unfortunate night. Fourth issue (CheckIn): Younger checkin staff member asked me to fill out some paperwork that included passport number, etc.; all fine. Then asks for my passport, which I was reading my passport number from; I said I was copying it down, and she seemed very frustrated that I wouldn't do both things at the same time, all the while talking about the rules and such. Some advice: people checking in have probably had quite a journey. Give them a few minutes to do your paperwork. Then get the passport. Then when you have their full attention, let them know about your special crypto codes and the hours, etc. It will only take a few extra minutes, and your customer will be much happier.

Die Lage war top, das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Wohnung war für mich komplett ausreichend. Zwei Etagen, Schlafzimmer und Bad oben, Wohn- und Esszimmer unten.
Ich war mit allem zufrieden.

De lokatie was perfect. In het centrum
The room has 2 Floors. The sleeping room is in de 2nd floor while the bathroom and toilet are on the 1st floor. The stairs up are very very dangerous. Made of metal. Very small. Not for older people. Easy to break your legs. Especially if you walk at night to the bathroom.
There is no lounge place in the accommodation. Extremely inconvenient.
