Great location and comfy apt, but expensive. I'd probably come back

Very easy to access the apartment via door codes and lockbox. Communication was top notch and super friendly. 2 sets of keys which was very convenient. Ability to arrive earlier than check-in time to either leave bags or move into the apartment.

-The tile floors, especially the bathroom were very dirty and in need of hard-core washing. -One of the night stands in the bedroom wasn't clean-- it had ring stains from drinks on it. -The second "bedroom" has zero privacy. It's basically a fish bowl. -The AC wasn't working. It was 25 degrees in the apartment the whole time we were there. -The bath towels were old and musty.

Lovely place to stay - many really nice restaurants a stone's throw away.

Access was automatic, we were given entry codes in advance. Property was very nice and in a great area. It's s compact property but perfect for our needs and a great alternate to a hotel for a family. Also, you get a double and a twin room, which you can never seem to guarantee with hotels.

Not much to improve on -- it was all really good.

Dirty, Disgusting. Run Away!

The ONLY thing good about this place is the location, NOTHING else!

DONT BOOK THIS PLACE! Find somewhere else! We got to the hotel at 4pm, the towels were ALL WET! I contacted the "concierge"and they said that because they didn'thave time enough, they let the towels "clean"but wet. That I had to wait until they dry! The "concierge"is the most rude person that I have talked to in my life. We paid $1300 for 3 nights to get wet towels. The apartment was DIRTY, the countertop, floors, totally disgusting.
