Great location and comfortable beds.

We liked the location. Beds were comfortable.

The check in wasn’t what they communicated. We thought we could check in early but when we got there, there was a family still in there. The cleaners let us keep our bags in the closet but that was uncomfortable and not ideal. I tried calling the office and they acted like they didn’t know. When I have the messaging that they confirmed. I felt so confused. It was not ideal or smooth transition as we were just arriving in Paris for the first time. Once we finally got in, the office called us because they said an inspector had to come check things out. So we left for that. And there was construction going on the whole time, the main office said they weren’t aware of any but it was going on in our building and they’d start at 7 am. Also, there weren’t any kitchen towels. There were plenty of bathroom towels. Overall, we thought the location was great and the beds were comfortable after a long day.

Great flat - good location- beware of Metro sounds start at 5am.!

Great location. Read previous reviews so the toilet location although strange I was aware of. For us the metro sounds did affect our sleeping so sadly despite all the positives wouldn’t stay again. Was offered a late check out but when I replied saying Yes within 30 minutes -it was withdrawn- was a bit annoying- maybe it was just a generic offer but non the less irked me. The office reply just said ‘noted’ & to count by the office tomorrow- which didn’t make sense- anyway we left our cases there and went for breakfast but please don’t offer and then backtrack- or change your generic messages 👍.

Decent

Good location to be able to walk to restaurants, cafes and other things. Safe environment and pretty responsive when asking questions.

There are two showers but only one toilet located by the kitchen. Can wash dishes but no where to put to dry. Apartment on the small size for 4 adults and a baby. Seems like everything we needed had an extra fee attached. Noise was okay. Lastly, parking, there is no reserved spot but told to go to a public parking garage. Was told it was a 3 mins walk but it’s more like 6 mins walk (not too huge of a deal) but the price of parking to for barley 2 days at the recommend parking garage was 100€ each and we had brought 2 cars. Paris in general is expensive so trying to find a decent place to stay with parking is a necessity.

Ottima posizione, belle le stanze da letto.

Non mi è piaciuto il bagno (water), la posizione accanto la cucina e le dimensioni più piccole di un aereo. Il rumore della metro è alquanto fastidioso. Il check in alle 16 è un po' tardi.

Ev metro duraklarına çok yakın, ulaşımı çok kolay.

Buzdolabı çok gürültülü çalışıyordu, sesinden uyuyamadığımız için fişini çekmek zorunda kaldık. giriş katı oda avluya bakıyor biraz karanlık.
