Excellent location. Fine sandy beach and clean sea water. Very serene and relaxed atmosphere. Lush greenery and landscaping. Polite staff. Enough sun beds and umbrellas for everyone.

It was beach side, the room was quite big and comfy, massage lady was nice, wifi strenght and stability was not bad, reception staff was nice.
The restaurant staff were very passive aggressive, very unhelpful and making you feel unwelcome there.
Not to mention how restaurant staff will take our plates on multiple occasion not even asking if it's free, when there is clearlt food on it, they would just reaching under our noses and pull the plate...
You don't even have to speak or say anything to clear this out - you can also point, but this was really the top of it.
The hotel also presents itself as high-class luxury so a lot of the people judge you based on looks as it's common in Bulgaria, however that made my German partner quite uncomfortable and in turn also me.
