Breakfast buffet was top, with plenty of local options freshly made with quality ingredients.
Large rooms with comfortable mattresses.
Near the beach, restaurants and easy to get to the city center.

The service and the location were fantastic. Everyone that worked on site was very kind and professional. I was provided a complimentary dinner in addition to complimentary daily breakfast. The food was delicious!
I came to Cartagena to relax and celebrate my birthday. I reserved a room at Oz Hotel Luxury. On my printed confirmation, the address reflected Cl. 5 #2 14, Cartagena de Indias, Provincia de Cartagena, Bolívar, Colombia and that is where my Uber brought me when I left the airport. On arrival, the front desk staff told me that I had actually booked at Oz Hotel with address - Cra. 3 #4-61, Cartagena de Indias, Provincia de Cartagena, Bolívar, Colombia. They walked me over to the other hotel and I checked in. The staff stated that where I was staying was the newer hotel. I disagreed but continued my stay. I was quoted a price of $508 USD but ended up paying $615 USD some how - for a hotel room that did not match my confirmation. My room was nice and comfortable, however, the building did not match my confirmed reservation. The view from my room was a wall - not a major issue but just not ideal.
