Everything was excellent just the sand outside with all the construction. I wish I knew it was going to be like this. No heads up or nothing.

The hotel is nice and staff really nice and helpful. The room is clean and the bed is very nice but... the A/C is not adequate for the size of the room.. though at night it was comfortable. There was a gap on the window next to the bed and wind/car noise was not good for sleeping if you like it quiet. also, there is no A/C on the floor corridors (only at reception) so when you leave the room, is very unpleasantly hot and humid while you wait for the elevator...
** The shower was awesome! **
There were two days that the energy kept coming and going... and one elevator wasn't working.
Last, there is no gym! it does have two pools on different floors.
